About the Artist
Several years after receiving her BFA in Printmaking at Drake University, Bev decided to explore pottery. Making functional forms which are expressions of daily routines and rituals have excited her for over 20 years.
Bev has exhibited her work at several juried festivals, art crawls and galleries in the Minneapolis Minnesota area as well as participating in the national juried show Strictly Functional. She is a former member of the Women’s Ceramic Artist of Minnesota.
Bev is currently working in her studio at The Tannery Arts Center ,Santa Cruz where her work may be viewed during First Friday Art Tour 6-9 pm and by appointment.
